Description Ready to step out of store leadership and into a national corporate role? We’re looking for someone with a strong retail background who understands the pace, pressure, and reality of running stores and can translate that into a recruitment function that actually delivers. This is a hands-on role leading hiring across 50 stores for a well-known camping and automotive retailer. You’ll own the full recruitment strategy, drive performance nationally, and work directly with senior leadership to keep stores fully staffed with the right people. What you’ll be doing: Owning end-to-end recruitment across a national retail network Driving hiring outcomes across leadership and frontline roles Partnering with senior stakeholders to align hiring with business needs Building structure, process, and accountability into recruitment What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail (store or regional leadership preferred) or Senior TA in a retail setting Strong understanding of high-volume retail environments Someone proactive, hands-on, and comfortable owning outcomes Ready to step into a corporate role and make an impact What’s on offer: $130,000 – $140,000 base super (depending on experience) Head office role based in Olympic Park (5 days onsite) National scope with real influence across the business Immediate start available If you’re ready to take control of a national function and make your mark from day one, apply now.
