Now, we’re inviting an experienced Sales Executive – Travel Partnerships to join our National Sales Team , based at our Ultimo Head Office . The Role This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives on connection, commercial outcomes, and long-term partnerships. Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales – Travel Partnerships , you’ll play a key role in driving national revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening TFE Hotels’ position as a preferred hospitality partner across MICE, corporate, and leisure segments. You are the face of the partnership — trusted, proactive, and commercially astute. What You’ll Be Doing Driving new business while growing existing relationships across TFE’s diverse hotel portfolio Proactively sourcing opportunities through networking, prospecting, and structured client engagement Building long-term partnerships with consortia, travel agents, PCOs, and training organisations Delivering compelling sales presentations and on-site inspections to convert opportunities Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies Representing TFE Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions About You You’ll succeed in this role if you bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or travel industry sales across multiple products Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills A keen eye for detail and strong sales discipline Confidence operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Professional presentation and strong influencing ability Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship required) Why Join TFE Hotels?
