The Role This is senior position focused on civil design across urban and land development projects, including roads, drainage and earthworks. You’ll take ownership of projects from design through to delivery, working closely with clients while also supporting junior engineers who you'll help coordinate. This is a hands-on role with real influence over both technical outcomes and project direction. The Requirements 10 years’ experience in civil engineering design, ideally within land or urban development Strong technical knowledge in subdivision design Proven experience handling client interaction and involvement in external coordination on projects Advanced capability in 12D, DRAINS, Music and TUFLOW also advantageous Ability to manage projects, including budgeting and internal coordination Comfortable working independently while also mentoring junior engineers Strong understanding of Australian standards and local authority requirements Full Australian working rights Does this sound like what you're looking for?
