The Role We are looking for a reliable, technically sharp Civil Engineering Technician to join our established team and support the delivery of high-quality civil projects Australia-wide. In this permanent full-time position, you will be an essential part of turning engineering designs into real-world infrastructure, working across diverse project types and collaborating with experienced teams. Key Responsibilities 1.Assist in preparing accurate civil engineering drawings, technical reports and project documentation, and learn to comply with Australian engineering standards. 2.Support full project lifecycle including feasibility analysis, detailed design development and document submission. 3.Assist with site inspections, field data collection and quality assurance, and support technical problem-solving during construction. 4.Operate AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other design software to complete drafting for site layout, drainage, earthworks and infrastructure. 5.Maintain organised project records, specifications and compliance documents to ensure complete and standardised filing. 6.Provide technical support for projects including land development, residential estates, retirement villages and commercial buildings. 7.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project delivery on time, within budget and with quality control. Your Qualifications & Experience At least 2 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or a related project support Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar civil design tools, with solid technical drafting abilities Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team A proactive attitude, commitment to quality work, and alignment with our focus on sustainable, innovative engineering
