This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and progress into a New Homes Consultant role. As the first point of contact for potential buyers visiting the display home, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming experience, building rapport with customers, qualifying enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team. You will gain valuable hands-on exposure to the full new home sales process, with genuine opportunities for long-term career growth within a respected and established organisation. This role is based at a beautiful display home in the Shoalhaven region and requires weekend availability, including both Saturday and Sunday. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with customers. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
