Duties: Hands-on leadership role managing a team of 5 drivers. This role will be split between driving and coordinating runs, taking calls, and resolving issues as they arise. What's in it for you? Fulltime permanent role from day one Great Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per year All overtime paid at full penalties 50 - 55 hour weeks as a standard Key Responsibilities: Allocate daily runs and manage driver schedules Lead and support a small team of drivers (performance, accountability, attendance) Drive 3-4 days per week as required Take calls from yard/customers and resolve delivery issues in real time Act as the link between drivers, yard, and customers Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and efficiently Requirements: MR licence minimum (HR/HC preferred) Experience in transport/logistics or delivery environment Strong leadership and communication skills Organised, proactive, and able to think on your feet Hands-on attitude - you will need drive, load and assist around the yard If interested to know more, apply with an updated resume and Felicity will be in touch for a confidential discussion.
