Puratap manufactures and supplies high-quality water purifiers to households across South Australia and is known for its strong reputation and customer-first approach. As a Relief Filter/Service Technician , you will support Franchisees by providing cover during leave periods and assisting with customer service and basic hands-on work. This role offers variety, independence, and the chance to build valuable experience in a supportive environment. You’ll receive ongoing guidance and support from Head Office to help you succeed while working autonomously in the field. About You We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys hands-on, practical work Takes pride in delivering great customer service Communicates clearly and professionally Is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is physically fit and comfortable with a mobile role Enjoys driving (local area preferences considered where possible) Can work from approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Holds (or is willing to obtain) a police clearance Experience Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
