We’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Darwin , working for Martin Kelly . About the Role and Team This diverse, growing team advises clients on the full range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, due diligence, joint ventures, developments, easements, restrictive covenants, and strata titling. They also provide advice on aspects of commercial dispute resolution, insolvency and corporate and commercial law. Assist with various legal matters including drafting legal documents, undertaking legal research, managing conveyancing aspects and stamp duty & land title lodgements. Importantly, learn how to build and grow trusted relationships with clients. This is a casual position based in our centrally located Darwin office, offering genuine collaboration and recognition through ongoing feedback, support, development, and training. About You Casual role offering 3-5 days a week, flexible with your choice of working days. Previous paralegal experience is preferrable but not essential, ideally you will be a current law student in your 2nd or 3rd year of university. You have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal. This role is ideal for a law student seeking a warm, supportive team to launch their legal career with.
