From your first day, you’ll be managing the rhythm of our sales operation, coordinating between the team, the customer, and the wider business. Day to day, you’ll be: Managing inbound and outbound communications with warmth, speed and professionalism Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, documentation and client follow-ups Keeping customer records accurate and up to date in real time Preparing sales summaries and activity reports with actionable insights Coordinating priorities across the team so no opportunity is missed Identifying smarter, faster ways to work, and actually implementing them Building genuine product knowledge across our stone, tile and porcelain range Who We’re Looking For We want someone who takes genuine pride in the standard of every interaction, every document, and every follow-through. Someone who moves toward problems, not away from them. You’re the right fit if you: Have experience in customer service, administration or retail, and know what a high standard really looks like Communicate with clarity and warmth in every direction, written and verbal Are exceptionally organised, with a natural eye for detail and the discipline to manage competing priorities Are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and pick up new systems quickly (Zoho or SAP experience a bonus) Thrive in fast-paced environments and bring calm, focused energy under pressure Work just as well independently as you do in a collaborative team Desirable but not essential: Familiarity with stone, tile, porcelain or timber products Experience in the architectural, building or design industry A genuine curiosity about materials, interiors and design trends And just as important, you live these values: Customer Obsessed : Every single thing we do is for our customers.
