Sales Director APAC WOW Recruitment is partnering with a global EdTech on a mission to power schools and enable great teaching worldwide. With a strong international footprint and a diverse suite of products that support thousands of schools across key global markets. Following continued expansion, the business is now doubling down on its APAC growth strategy. This is a critical leadership hire to rebuild performance, scale revenue, and unlock significant opportunity across high-growth international school markets. Location: Perth (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 Base Super Commission (~$300k OTE) Sector: EdTech / SaaS. The Role: Own the Region: Take full responsibility for revenue across APAC (ex. ANZ), driving new business and renewals across a diverse EdTech product suite. Lead from the Front: Operate as a true player-coach — personally closing deals while coaching and developing a team of 3 sales professionals. Build Pipeline & Discipline: Instill structure across CRM, forecasting, outreach cadence, and pipeline management to reset and scale performance. Drive Market Expansion: Target international schools across Asia, unlocking significant untapped opportunities. About You: Proven Sales Leader: You’ve led from the front in a quota-carrying role and consistently delivered against revenue targets in a B2B environment. Player-Coach Mentality: You’re hands-on, commercially sharp, and comfortable switching between closing deals and coaching your team.
