About the Role We have a part time (0.6 – 3 days per week) fixed term opportunity available through to 19 April 2027, for an adaptable, energetic and confident Administrator to provide a front-of-house reception experience for CFA members and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: * Visitor management and oversight of ‘visitor pass' process * Manage a high volume of phone and email enquiries * Coordinate the efficient dispatch and delivery of mail, parcels and other goods * Order and procure stationery and goods * Maintain and update processes and work instructions for the business area as required * Perform basic financial transactions, including purchase orders, receipt, and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with CFA standards * Records management, data entry and basic financial administration * Other ad hoc administrative and project improvement tasks as required A detailed position description is attached.
