About the Role We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s administrative activities for a new project. What You'll Do Some of the duties of the successful include, but are not limited to: Assist Project Manager with all administration as required Track and manage calendar appointments and meetings. Consolidate monthly project reports for issue. Support project onboarding requirements for new starters. Book and/or support all site travel, this would include flights, accommodation and car hire. Raise purchase orders for all travel. What You'll Bring Essential: Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office package Strong communication skills Minimum 5 years office administration / clerical experience Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to respond in a changing work environment Organise and manage site equipment including new requests, set up and assist with hardware issues. Desirable: Experience in construction and/or engineering industries.
