CASUAL WORKER – PORT ALMA Multiple Opportunities Available Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is seeking motivated and safety‑focused Casual Workers to join our Operations team at Port Alma . These roles support the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the port and provide a valuable opportunity to be part of a dynamic maritime environment. About the Role As a Casual Worker at Port Alma, you will assist with a range of operational activities to ensure port services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with maritime security, environmental and workplace health and safety compliance Participating in ship mooring and safety watch activities as directed Supporting compliance with regulations, standards and Port Notices, including hazardous cargo handling and transport Performing general maintenance and operational duties as required Working collaboratively with supervisors, internal teams and external stakeholders Demonstrating and living GPC’s values and Code of Conduct About You You are a reliable and safety‑conscious team player who enjoys working in a hands‑on operational environment. You take pride in maintaining high standards and building positive working relationships.
