Full Job Description Position: Junior Contracts Administrator Location: Perth, WA (SoR) Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 Super Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full contract life cycle from inception to final account. Prepare progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payment packs. Monitor project costs to ensure financial targets are met. Liaise between subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. Manage documentation for legal and safety compliance. What You’ll Bring: Proven CA experience within the Australian commercial sector. Ability to manage multiple projects (values up to $10M). High level of accuracy in financial tracking. Strong communication skills and construction software proficiency. Current Perth residency with full Australian working rights.
