THE ROLE: Multi-site management of locations across Victoria Management of sales, wages and shrinkage for the States Working alongside the VM team in order to implement and maintain VM Guidelines Effectively managing stock across all stores in order to maximize sales opportunities Recruitment and development of employees across the state Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all stores Following up on administration from Head Office and In Stores Promoting and maintaining harmonious working relationships in stores THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience in multi-site management for a fashion retailer An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high Visual Merchandising standards The ability to effectively prepare and analyse rosters costed to achieve targets The ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales across all stores Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage our store teams Strong problem solving abilities Highly motivated and self-driven At Seed Heritage, we elevate the everyday.
