What you'll do: To manage sales in in Brisbane, Australia "- Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns. Manage the day-to-day sales activities of Crouse-Hinds in Queensland in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy in Australia. - Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures and Initiatives to improve the overall performance of the Region. - Work closely with Business Managers in Mining and Industrial/Ex. to develop customer-orientated products in application and solution. - Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization. - Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility. - Coach customer's sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services." Qualifications: "- Diploma of Illumination and Lighting design or equivalent Electrical Trade Certification preferred " "- Previous Sale Experience would be favourable" "- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications, Hazardous Experience preferred, proven sales, marketing and customer relations experience. Skills: - Must have exemplary customer service skills. - Lighting Design Experience preferred - Prior budget and experience" "- Fluent communication in English. - Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. - Strong negotiation skills. - Able to work autonomously as well as been a strong team member, able to display organizational planning skills and strong time management skills"
