ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for advisers and customers, delivering fast, accurate and empathetic support across life insurance products. You’ll work closely with underwriting, claims and operations teams to resolve queries and improve outcomes. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll build strong relationships and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
