Key Details Hourly rate: $37.13 super Hours: Rotating roster between 8:00am 6:00pm, Monday to Friday Location: Office-based initially (5 days per week), with potential WFH once trained Contract: Open to visa holders | Extension opportunities available Please note: No planned leave can be taken during May or June due to operational requirements. The RoleYou will be working with small business customers whose accounts have fallen into arrears, proactively reaching out to discuss repayment options and next steps.The role is predominantly outbound, with some inbound calls, and a strong focus on clearing backlog and progressing cases efficiently. Highvolume outbound/inbound calls Managing arrears and payment difficulty conversations Endtoend case management and processing Training & Support Structured training program (up to 3 weeks) Focused on systems, processes and real case exposure Youll be managing live cases quickly after training.
