Your Opportunity Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted partner who adds genuine value - not just a supplier Build account plans that are tailored to each customer's business, supporting retention and long-term growth Prospect for new business opportunities, maintaining an active pipeline and converting relationships into revenue Increase portfolio profitability through effective pricing, product management and well-timed commercial conversations Stay close to your customers - monitor satisfaction, act on feedback and ensure every interaction strengthens the relationship Understand and report on customer trends, competitor activity and market dynamics to inform your regional strategy Represent Cement Australia at customer events, product demonstrations and industry functions Champion safety and sustainability in line with Cement Australia's standards and policies What You'll Bring Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within hardware, mining, industrial or construction environments A natural relationship-builder - someone who earns trust quickly and maintains it over the long term B2B or B2C experience with a track record of influencing and engaging customers at all levels Strong commercial awareness and well-developed negotiation skills An understanding of strategic account management and how to structure a plan that actually lands The ability to work autonomously and manage your time across a regional territory Willingness to travel overnight as required Why Join Cement Australia?
