Benefits: Join a supportive team with a great company culture Full-time hours on day shift Temporary-to-permanent opportunity after 6 months Career development and progression opportunities Stable and consistent work environment Job Details Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm Pay: $35/hr Super Location: Marsden Park Immediate start for the right person About the Role: We are currently seeking a hands-on and organised Inbound Storeperson / Warehouse Administrator to manage the administrative and logistical functions of inbound warehouse operations. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can balance office-based tasks with physical warehouse duties, while maintaining strong awareness of daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating inbound inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock is received, processed and stored in line with operational and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain physical and electronic inbound records including spreadsheets and documentation Manage inbound documentation accurately and within required timeframes Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Organise and manage inbound stock in line with warehouse layout and safety standards Perform manual handling tasks including moving, labelling and storing stock Ensure warehouse and office areas remain clean and organised Complete and validate inbound documentation Follow WHS procedures and report any hazards or incidents Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Experience in inbound operations, inventory control or stock management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Current LF Forklift license with experience in counterbalance and high reach forklift Strong organisational, time management and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and within a team Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual and adaptable in a fast-paced environment If you believe you are the right fit for this opportunity, hit apply now!
