About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Administrator to join our growing team. This pivotal role provides end-to-end administrative support for our electrical and solar projects, coordinating workflows, documentation, communications and scheduling to ensure smooth project delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organise and file project documentation, permits and progress reports, ensuring all records are complete and accessible. Develop and implement project plans, aligning with project objectives, timelines and resource requirements to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate project scheduling and all stakeholder correspondence to support smooth project progression. Track project timelines, milestones and expenses; perform daily data entry, update project trackers, and maintain accurate digital databases. Liaise with internal teams, site personnel and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project communication and address potential coordination challenges. Follow up on outstanding paperwork, regulatory compliance matters and post-project client engagement to ensure project closure and client satisfaction. Skills & Experience 2 years experience in project administration. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic project management tools. Meticulous attention to detail, reliable and able to work both independently and within a team.
