This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-supported desk within a fast-paced, high-value sector, working with reputable clients and top-tier talent. The Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates. You will have autonomy over your desk, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team. Key responsibilities include: Building, managing, and growing strong client relationships Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and market trends Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement Identifying and developing new business opportunities Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice About You: You are a motivated and commercially minded recruiter who thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
