The opportunity:Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales- Vic the role of Sales Executive plays an integral part in our National Sales Team. Driving sales for our hotels nationally, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing TFE as their company of choice. What you will be doing Building new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships across our hotel portfolio Actively sourcing new business through networking, prospecting, and client meetings Establishing strong, long‑term partnerships with consortia, travel agents, PCOs, and training organisations Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to continually refine sales strategies Representing TFE Hotels at industry events, functions, and trade shows Delivering engaging site inspections and client presentations to secure businessAbout you:2 years previous sales/business development experience in a hotel environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence using MS Office and CRM platforms like SalesforceImpeccable attention to detailExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, sales‑targeted environmentStrong presentation skills and immaculate personal presentationOutstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and active listeningA valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicleValid Australian drivers licence/Own reliable carUnrestricted work rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorshipWhy TFE Hotels:TFE Hotels combines an enviable portfolio of properties with a culture that brings out the best in our teams.
