About the Role Take ownership of a warm desk with existing client relationships and live roles from day one. Reporting directly to our directors, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent placements in the construction and infrastructure sector. This is a senior role with real autonomy, mentoring responsibilities, and a clear pathway to leadership within a growing specialist agency. Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles Build and grow client relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 civil, commercial, and government clients Identify and convert business development opportunities into long-term partnerships Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performance team culture Deliver market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic advice to clients Skills & Experience: Proven agency recruitment experience (construction, engineering, or infrastructure preferred) Track record of hitting placement and billing targets Strong business development mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example Confident managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Culture People enjoy working at Intro because we back each other.
