Our client is a well-established, fast-growing multi-disciplanary land development consultancy. On the lookout to adding a Civil Engineering Design Draftsperson to their Brisbane team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of subdivision and urban development projects in a supportive environment, with real training and progression. You’ll support engineers and designers by producing accurate civil design drawings and documentation across land development projects by delivering on the following responsibilities: Prepare civil drafting/design outputs for works including roads, drainage, water and sewer reticulation Collect and interpret engineering data and complete basic calculations Assist with civil documentation using 12D or Civil 3D (beginner level is fine—training/support available) Set up and produce road, lot and drainage designs Support BOQ preparation (Bills of Quantities) Follow quality control processes and document outputs correctly Liaise with stakeholders (clients, consultants, authorities) as required Contribute ideas and practical solutions to keep delivery on track We would love to hear from you, if you have a good attitude, solid drafting fundamentals, and some land development exposure Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred Ideally 3 years civil drafting/design experience (flexible for the right person) Confident with AutoCAD (key requirement) Some exposure to 12D / Civil 3D (beginner is OK) Familiarity with Australian Standards (council/LGA exposure is a bonus) Able to set up or assist with road, lot, and drainage documentation Strong drawing presentation, spatial awareness, and attention to detail Able to work independently and within a team Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Benefits / Culture Career development, mentoring & coaching Flexible work options Annual performance development planning Social events, team activities, and community/cultural days Hit Apply or Send your CV (or LinkedIn profile) to Zurika Bleeker at .
