The business delivers compliance inspections, certification, rectification works, and ongoing maintenance, working to accredited industry and regulatory standards. Role Overview This is a key support role responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of passive fire compliance inspections, maintenance activities, and reporting. The position is primarily office-based in Chatswood, with flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week. The role focuses on administration, documentation, scheduling, workflow coordination, and communication to support Project Managers and service teams. Experience with simPRO or similar job management systems is highly desirable.
