Now we need a Warehouse Assistant who brings that same reliability to everything they do. About Us TC Boxes was born with a simple objective: give tradies safe, reliable and secure storage solutions. But as we grew, so did our community. Campers needed canopies. Hunters needed dog boxes. Weekend warriors needed somewhere to put things on their ute. So we grew with them, and over the past three years we've built the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia. The Role Our warehouse team is the engine room of TC Boxes. You'll be keeping things moving, keeping things accurate, and keeping the standard high. Day to day, you'll be: Picking and packing online and wholesale orders for dispatch Receiving stock shipments and organising stock within the warehouse Unloading containers and arranging stock efficiently Assisting customers with collection of orders and delivering great service Completing stock takes and supporting general stock control Complying with OH&S guidelines at all times Building positive working relationships with your team, customers and delivery partners Supporting warehouse administration as needed Who We're Looking For You don't need to be told twice, you take initiative, and you care about doing things properly. You're comfortable working independently but equally at home as part of a team. You'll thrive here if you: Hold a forklift licence with reach experience (this is a must) Have solid warehouse experience (highly regarded) Hold a current driver's licence (highly regarded) Are highly organised with strong time management Communicate well, both verbally and in writing Bring a can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn Are motivated, hardworking and take pride in your work Can problem solve on the fly and back yourself when things get busy What's on Offer Work with a fun, down to earth team who share a love for 4x4 and the outdoors Convenient free onsite parking at our Bundamba location Ongoing training and real opportunities to grow within the business Keen to join the team?
