They are seeking an experienced, and confident customer service/dispatch coordinator to join their dedicated and supportive team. This varied role focuses on managing customer orders, overseeing warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service. Process and manage all customer orders promptly over the phone and via emails Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch. Support dispatch operations, including labels and paperwork. Ensure order accuracy and maintain documentation standards. Handle customer service emails and phone calls effectively. Resolve any basic issue Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills; ERP/WMS experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset. Dedicated and self-sufficient work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company.
