Team Leaders – Civil Sports Field Construction Location: Adelaide, SA (Projects across metro areas, based near Adelaide CBD) Pay: $40 per hour Employment Type: Labour Hire (Temp-to-Perm Opportunities) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established and growing contractor specialising in sports field construction, turf installation and civil outdoor projects . With a strong pipeline of secured work across Adelaide, we are seeking experienced Team Leaders / Leading Hands to join high-performing crews delivering projects valued up to $500K. All work is Adelaide-based , with projects across metro locations and a central base near the CBD. These roles offer long-term, ongoing work with clear temp-to-perm (TTP) pathways for reliable, high-performing individuals. The Role: Team Leaders / Leading Hands You will take ownership of small crews (2–5 workers) and oversee the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
