Introduction Retail Project Coordinator Sydney NSW 12-month contract Description The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail environment projects across Australia. Working closely with the Retail Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end execution of retail displays, store fit-outs, fixtures and ongoing maintenance projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in retail, shopfitting or project coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination of retail projects from initial scoping through to installation and completion Assist with shopfitting activities including site audits, tenders and cost analysis Track budgets, raise purchase orders and support financial reconciliation across projects Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources and vendor communication Assist in managing design documentation, production timelines and installation planning Support defect management and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution Liaise with internal teams, clients and external suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Provide regular project reporting and updates to stakeholders Assist in coordinating trades on-site, ensuring quality, safety and timelines are maintained Skills And Experiences About You Previous experience in retail project coordination, shopfitting, production or design environments Understanding of retail environments and merchandising is highly regarded Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related discipline Experience with procurement, production or retail design What’s in it for you?
