This is a call-centre based role - you will be taking inbound calls and help with anything from basic troubleshooting to fault finding. In this role, you will work 8‑hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am , Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full‑time equivalent) .
