In this role, you will manage and coordinate correspondence, ensuring all departmental and ministerial documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organisational standards. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by providing high-level administrative support, including email monitoring and document preparation, while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion will ensure the delivery of high-quality administrative services that align with the department’s goals and values. Key responsibilities include: Managing correspondence and deadlines: Coordinate and manage the flow of correspondence within the Program Directors’ business units, ensuring all departmental and ministerial documentation, reporting, and requests are completed accurately and on time. Providing high-level administrative support: Monitor emails, prepare and maintain accurate documentation using appropriate software programs, and adhere to departmental standards, including style guides, templates, and corporate policies. Fostering a positive workplace culture: Utilise strong interpersonal communication skills to support a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring effective and timely delivery of administrative services while upholding ethical behaviour and workplace health and safety practices.
