About Cetnaj Ballina: Cetnaj is part of Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, a privately-owned powerhouse with a national footprint across electrical wholesale. The Ballina branch is small, hands-on, and growing. It’s currently a team of two, moving to three, so you’ll be involved across all areas of the business and learn quickly. It’s a great opportunity for someone keen to get in early, build relationships, and grow with the business. About the Role: This is an all-rounder role. You’ll start in the warehouse learning products and operations, then progressively move into internal sales as your confidence grows. Day to day will include: Picking, packing, receiving, and organising stock Loading and unloading using a walkie stacker Assisting with local deliveries when required Serving customers in branch Handling phone and email enquiries Getting involved wherever needed across the team No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you’ll learn. About You: Strong work ethic. You’re not afraid to get stuck in Team player. You enjoy working closely with others Keen to learn. You want to build a long-term career Customer-focused. You enjoy helping people Physically capable. Comfortable in a hands-on role Driver’s licence required Australian/NZ citizen or resident Industry experience helps, but it’s not essential.
