Based in the head office South of the River, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of multiple live projects. Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award to final account. Manage project variations, procurement, and progress claims. Assist with budget reviews and monthly financial forecasting. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless commercial delivery. Maintain precise cost records and oversee statutory compliance documentation. What You’ll Bring: At least 2 years of CA experience within the Australian construction industry. Strong background in the commercial sector (Education or Govt experience a plus). Sharp understanding of procurement processes and cost control methodologies.
