Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting customers on their sleep health journey. Working collaboratively as part of a team, you’ll uphold high retail and service standards, contribute to business growth, and help strengthen ResMed’s reputation as a leader in sleep health. This role is ideal for someone with retail and customer service experience who is motivated by sales success and excited to step into a healthcare‑aligned environment. Full training is provided. Your Day‑to‑Day Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored sleep solutions Achieve sales targets by recommending products and services that genuinely improve sleep quality Maintain high store standards including visual merchandising, stock control and overall clinic presentation Build product knowledge by completing training and staying up‑to‑date with ResMed’s solutions Follow up with customers to check progress, build relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction Handle POS transactions, cash management and general administrative tasks accurately Maintain, check and manage trial equipment for customer use What We’re Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience (2 years preferred) A sales‑driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding targets Strong communication skills — empathetic, confident and adaptable High attention to detail across merchandising, operations and reporting Comfortable using POS systems (Salesforce and Shopify experience is a bonus) Healthcare, pharmacy or medical retail experience is advantageous but not essential Most importantly, you’re positive, reliable, eager to learn and passionate about helping customers achieve better outcomes.
