The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing including quotes, orders, credits, and returns Track and trace shipments while liaising with freight forwarders and coordinating deliveries Collaborate with Sales and Accounts to resolve customer queries and ensure accurate product availability Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Monitor workflows, inventory, and back-orders to meet service levels and KPI targets Maintain accurate data, reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives Your Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Customer Service / Customer Support role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability Experience working with freight, logistics, or supply chain processes (highly regarded) Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ideally you will be locally based in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
