Access unlimited LinkedIn Learning courses and invest in your personal and professional development About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Design & Construction team based in Melbourne . The role is critical in ensuring the consistency, efficiency, and accuracy of our store development projects through sound management of our program tools. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams including Program Management, Property, Design, Construction, and Commercial, as well as external partners such as architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure all programs are delivered in accordance with 7‑Eleven’s standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data across project systems (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, Power BI) to ensure visibility of project health and priorities. Support resource and capacity planning by providing reliable data insights and forward‑looking analysis. Act as a central point of coordination for data integrity, ensuring project information is consistent across all systems and reports. Support with capital project delivery, across our various work streams. Manage project close‑out activities, ensuring all actions, documentation, and final reports are completed, signed off, and properly archived. Enhance our reporting and documentation processes via team engagement sessions and working groups. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, Property Managers, Development Managers, Operations, our Commercial Tribe and external consultants to ensure quality and consistency. Present and communicate our program status to key stakeholders across our Fuel and Merch Only network programs. Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback to ensure our ways of working and processes are optimised. What You’ll Bring Essential: High proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Monday.com. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality. Desirable (but not essential): Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Program Management. Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site rollout environments (QSR or Retail).
