Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and close team. What will this position entail? Answering incoming calls and emails Assisting with client enquiries, customer orders and sales support Preparing quotes, invoices and purchase orders correctly and in a timely manner Greeting visitors and assisting with redirecting visitors to the relevant department Responsible for the planning and transferring of required stock and liaising with the Yard Leading Hand. Providing customer service and keeping the clients up to date with the delivery process Any other general admin and data entry duties as required Why should I apply?
