Job Title: Contract Administrator (Contract Role) Location: South Coast, NSW Contract Duration: Project-based Start Date: ASAP Project Value: $20M New Build About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a dynamic project team delivering a $20M new build project on the South Coast . This is a contract position with an immediate start , ideal for a professional who can hit the ground running and drive contract and commercial outcomes through to project completion. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of contract administration for the project lifecycle Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements Handle procurement processes, including tendering and letting packages Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts Maintain accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Identify and mitigate commercial risks Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial or residential new build projects (ideally $10M–$50M range) Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, variations, and cost reporting Excellent negotiation and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar What’s on Offer Immediate start on a well-structured and funded project Competitive contract rate Opportunity to work with an experienced and supportive project team Scenic South Coast location How to Apply Apply now with your updated CV highlighting relevant project experience.
