Your role As a Senior Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure Team in Brisbane, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector. Leading a Civil Engineering team within a broader multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world. What you’ll be doing Technical Leader – whilst the role can be tailored to your strengths, this role is for an engineer that can take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery. Supporting development –lead a team of civil engineers, designers and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects. Client facing – be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client’s needs. Personal growth – grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from the large Aurecon support network. Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of engineers across Aurecon to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs. Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making within the Land Infrastructure team. What you’ll bring You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work.
