UGL is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrators to join our team, based in Perth, WA to support a major Oil & Gas project . Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) within P6 to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Drive safety-critical compliance by aligning early, communicating with stakeholders, and reviewing compliance dates. Integrate and optimise Medium- and Short-Term Plans across various departments and functions. Coordinate, guide, and assist in resolving potential activity conflicts. Support preventative and corrective maintenance plans and ensure schedule compliance via SAP awareness . Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration. Ensure adherence to IAP processes and behaviours, delivering performance within set targets. Manage the master roster for Santos personnel and vendors in alignment with the Integrated Activity Plan. Handle daily personnel, roster, and flight management effectively. Conduct flight data analysis and helicopter forecasting to ensure operational readiness. Manage Personnel Onboard (POB) bust situations to minimise disruptions. Liaise with vendors to ensure mobilisation readiness and successful mobilisation to site. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar Project Admin role Knowledge of compliance needs in the O&G sector Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
