A well-established global freight forwarder and customs brokerage is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage purchase orders and provide shipment updates to clients Prepare quotations and assist with rate negotiations Maintain and update rates within CargoWise Follow up on documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate customs clearance Provide updates on cargo status, availability, and transit movements Prepare sea and air freight reports for clients Assist with coordinating deliveries and transport requirements Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and overseas agents Skills & Experience Experience using CargoWise (EDI) and MS Office is essential Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service within freight forwarding (Australian market preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proactive approach with solid problem-solving ability Apply Now If you have a strong background in freight forwarding and are ready to develop your current skill set with a professional and supportive employer we would love to hear from you.
