About the Role Building relationships with hospitality customers including hotels, pubs, and regional venues Handling inbound enquiries, quotes, and order requests Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes in internal systems Identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, frequency of orders Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience About You, you will be: Experienced in a customer service, call centre, or phone-based role Confident building relationships and speaking with customers over the phone Naturally inquisitive, asking strong questions and listening effectively Comfortable managing a large and varied portfolio of customers Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively Relationship-driven, with a focus on long-term customer engagement rather than transactional sales Hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not essential If you’re customer service representative who thrives on building rapport, please APPLY NOW or contact [email protected] // 02 8320 0683
