You’ll lead a dynamic team through busy pre‑show rushes, interval surges and post‑show crowds, ensuring our cocktail‑driven offering is delivered with speed, consistency and style. You’ll be responsible for developing your team through strong product knowledge, cocktail training, service coaching and a focus on building confidence and capability.
