What you will be doing: You'll be providing day-to-day administrative support to a team of solicitors. The role covers a solid range of responsibilities: Drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documents, ready for solicitor review Compiling briefs for counsel — collating, printing, binding and labelling Managing diaries and coordinating appointments across the team Conducting bi-monthly file reviews for accuracy and compliance Handling client communication in a professional and personable way Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries — in person and over the phone To be Successful: 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication A dependable, discreet approach when handling sensitive information Someone who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be asked twice What's in it for you: On offer is a competitive salary, fortnightly team breakfasts, monthly social events and complimentary dry cleaning.
