Job Description Join Our Team at Temperzone – Customer Service Opportunity (Fixed-Term) Location: Tingalpa, Brisbane Contract: 17 November 2025 – 29 May 2026 Are you someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Temperzone, Australasia’s longest-serving air conditioning manufacturer, is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll: Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability. Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination. Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics. Handle returns, credits, and damage claims. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service, sales, or logistics. A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
