You’ll be across multiple areas of the venue, including: Delivering attentive, discreet service in the Gaming Room Managing payouts, compliance, and responsible gambling practices Pouring drinks and supporting bar service during peak trade Welcoming guests and creating a positive, safe environment Handling cash and maintaining accuracy across transactions Supporting accommodation check-ins and guest enquiries Keeping the venue clean, organised, and running smoothly This is a fast-paced role where reliability, awareness, and professionalism matter — especially during late-night trade.
