About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a middle-aged male participant based in Middleton Grange, NSW. The participant sustained a brain injury following a motor vehicle accident in 2015 and requires complex, high-level support. He is non-verbal and has a very strong and supportive family network around him. This role would suit someone who is patient, attentive, and confident in delivering person-centred care while supporting communication, daily routines, and overall wellbeing.
