About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll oversee clinical and care services, provide guidance to staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Your focus will be on maintaining quality of life, dignity, and respect for every individual, while coordinating care and supporting best practice across the site.
