Based in the Darling Downs region, these positions will be required for the duration of the outage with varying start dates between July – August with an expected completion of early to mid-November. These roles are site-based positions. Based in the Darling Downs region, these positions will be required for the duration of the outage with varying start dates between July – August with an expected completion of early to mid-November. These roles are site-based positions, working up to 6 days per week, 11 – 12hr shifts with an extended period working away from home. Nature of position: Casual Location: Darling Downs Reporting Line: Outage Manager / Functional Lead Key Roles / Responsibilities Procurement / Sub-contracts Administrator Reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Supervisor, this position will support with the procurement of goods and services for the outage event. Request for quotes Raising of requisitions Expediting and follow up of delivery information Goods receipting Updating of purchase order / procurement registers Internal communication and stakeholder coordination Safety / Training / Onboarding Administrator Reporting to the Safety Lead, this position will support the Safety Team during the outage window from an administrative perspective. Initially this position will support the onboarding requirements for mobilisation to site. Workforce onboarding – mobilisation, onboarding and site access compliance Mobilisation logistics – camp accommodation bookings and on-going management Management of training schedules, competency records and compliance reporting Internal communication and stakeholder coordination Document control and reporting support to Senior Superintendent and Outage Manager General administrative duties and support as required About You To be successful in these roles, you are an experienced Administrator with a genuine concern for safety, our people and outcomes. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience with outage / turnaround or shutdown preferably in a coal fired power station.
